    I hereby engage you, in your capacity as a Real Estate Broker, to identify and introduce prospective clients to me, or alternatively to disclose to them the particulars of my property, for the purpose of its sale, exchange, transfer for development under a joint venture consideration-in-kind arrangement (antiparochi), lease, financial lease (leasing), or by any other form of transfer of the right of ownership, use, or exploitation of the following property/properties:

    I further covenant and acknowledge as follows:

    In the event that a definitive agreement is concluded for any of the above-mentioned properties, whether with a client introduced by you, a member of such client’s family, an associate, partner, or collaborator thereof, or with a company in which any of the foregoing holds an interest, or in any other case where a definitive agreement is ultimately concluded as a result of your introduction, I, both personally and on behalf of the owners of the aforesaid properties who may become parties to such definitive agreement, for whom I hereby declare responsibly that I am acting under their mandate and authorization, undertake to pay you the specifically agreed Brokerage Fee, amounting to euros, or in the percentage of 2% (two per cent), or such other amount as may be ultimately agreed.

    The said fee shall be subject to statutory VAT. I acknowledge that this fee is fair, reasonable, and not excessive, and I hereby undertake to pay it to you in full, irrevocably waiving any right to further notice or demand. Payment shall be made on the date of execution of the relevant final contract of sale, exchange, development agreement, construction contract, lease, or any other agreement, including cases where the definitive contract is concluded under a condition precedent.

    This assignment of engagement shall remain in force until its fulfillment or until it is revoked in writing.
