Let’s get to know each other…

I am Dimitris Zamanis, and for several years I have been dealing with the real estate market, both professionally and scientifically.

My studies at the University of Athens, where I obtained two master’s degrees, helped me to shape my way of thinking and acting. I believe that scientific knowledge is as important as empirical knowledge. Experience acquires real value when it is accompanied by a scientific method of analysis.

For me, our values and behavior are everything. What value is civility without consistency of speech and integrity? We choose and are chosen based on these criteria.

I chose the real estate profession because I love it, not for lack of other options. At the same time, I am involved in marketing, advertising and new technologies, which allows me to stay true to my principles without compromising my integrity as a person and a professional.

During my studies, I immersed myself in various fields such as economics, public policy, civil law, communication, psychology, psychology, negotiation science, game theory, ancient Greek literature and sociology. However, the most valuable lessons I received in kindergarten and primary school. Respect and loyalty, which I deeply appreciate, were learned from my beloved pets.

Studies:

1999-2003: Department of Political Science and Public Administration (Very Good), National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
2003-2005: Master’s degree in the Communication, Mass media and New Technology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Athens.
2013-2015: Master’s degree in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Athens.

I have attended various training seminars on the real estate market and the profession of a real estate agent, the most important being the one under the auspices of the Athens Professional Chamber of Athens (ACA).

In general, I avoid talking about my studies or skills. However, in a market where many appear with the air of an expert without the corresponding knowledge, I feel obliged to share what I have achieved, always with humility but also with assertiveness.

In my free time, I enjoy long walks – with or without my dog – exploring the neighborhoods, homes and the evolution of city life. I have passions like my electric guitars, my books, and meeting friends and neighbors in taverns and cafes like I used to. These simple everyday moments and small luxuries have special value to me.
